Por otro lado, el 82% de los accesos a internet son con motivo de b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n sobre bienes y servicios.<\/p>\n<p>Estos datos, que cada a\u00f1o van aumentando, propician un contexto en el que diferentes plataformas online sirven de foros para comunicar y emitir opiniones. Una situaci\u00f3n paradigm\u00e1tica se da en el sector de la hosteler\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.relacioncliente.es\/el-tenedor-cuando-las-opiniones-de-los-usuarios-son-un-valor-20912\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>un estudio<\/strong><\/a> de eltenedor.es, el <strong>75% de los usuarios consulta las opiniones<\/strong> y un <strong>45% las considera decisivas<\/strong> a la hora de elegir restaurante. En un principio no le dio m\u00e1s importancia, pues las cr\u00edticas en las redes sociales son el pan de cada d\u00eda.
